CoilMaster Co., Ltd. establishes and discloses the following guidelines for processing personal information in order to protect the personal information of the data subject (customer) and to handle complaints quickly and smoothly pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Purpose of processing personal information: CoilMaster Co., Ltd. processes personal information for the following purposes and shall not use it for any purpose other than the following.

- Technical measures: Setting passwords for the personal information processing system (or computers containing personal information) to control access, installing security programs such as antivirus software, encrypting files containing personal information.
- Physical measures: Controlling access to locations where personal information is stored or held, such as through locks and access controls.

9. Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices:
① CoilMaster Co., Ltd. uses 'cookies,' which store and retrieve usage information, to provide personalized services to users.
